Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi partisipasi anggota koperasi?

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan anggota, motivasi anggota, kepuasan anggota, kualitas pelayanan, dan manfaat koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Politeknik Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, bentuk penelitian ini yaitu studi hubungan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Politeknik Pontianak. Berdasarkan karakteristik, maka sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 55 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengetahuan anggota tentang koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 63,3%. Pengaruh motivasi anggota terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 49,4%. Pengaruh kepuasan anggota terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 52,4%. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 39,4%. Pengaruh manfaat koperasi terhadap partisipasi anggota sebesar 55,7%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut, pengetahuan anggota merupakan faktor yang lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Politeknik Pontianak. Abstract: This research aims to determine how much influence the members' knowledge, motivation of members, member satisfaction, quality of service, and the benefits of cooperatives to the participation of members of the Civil Servants Cooperative Polytechnic Pontianak. The method used is descriptive research method, the shape of this research that studies the relationship. Subjects in this study were members of Civil Servants Cooperative Polytechnic Pontianak. Based on the characteristics, the samples obtained is 55 respondents. The results showed that the influence of the cooperative members' knowledge about the participation of members of 63.3%. Motivation influence members of the participation of members of 49.4%. Effect of member satisfaction the participation of members of 52.4%. Impact of service quality on the participation of members of 39.4%. Influence on the participation of members of the cooperative benefits of 55.7%. From this research, the knowledge of members is more dominant factor in influencing the participation of members of the Civil Servants Cooperative Polytechnic Pontianak. Factors of low quality of human resources that have an impact on the management of organization and business; members of the cooperate are generally small people, so it's pretty hard to empower them; the low participation of members that is visible from the small amount of paid-up capital of members and Member utilization of services business cooperate; the location of the cooperation tend to be less/no strategic for business; as well as the culture of the Organization cooperate that is less conducive to developing the business.

This research aims to analyze the influence of cooperate knowledge, the ability of administrators, service cooperatives, cooperate interest and participation of the members of the cooperative in the cooperate against the welfare of society in Jembrana Regency, analyzed with partial least square (PLS). The location of the research done in Jembrana Regency. Types of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative. The source of the data used in this research is the primary data from the results of the questionnaire to respondents.   

The results of the analysis showed that n knowledge, the ability of administrators, service quality of cooperation and interest in cooperate on the positive and significant participation of influential members of the village Jembrana Regency. Cooperate knowledge, the ability of the Executive Board, and the Ministry of cooperatives was not significant effect against the welfare of society, while the interest and participation of the members of the cooperative in the village of positive and significant effect against community welfare in Jembrana Regency. The participation of members of the cooperative in the village mediated significantly influences the ability of the Executive Board, the Ministry of cooperation and interest in cooperate  against the welfare of the community, but the influence of perkoperasian knowledge against the welfare of society mediated by the insignificant participation of members of the cooperative in the village Jembrana Regency.
