Salam sejahtera buat anda semua yang sedang membaca postingan ini, Pada postingan saya kali ini saya akan membahas mengenai solusi atau cara mengatasi permasalahan yang sering di alami oleh banyak orang saat menggunakan atau saat akan membuka Microsoft word. Sebelumnya saya ingin menceritakan sedikit mengenai pengalaman saya saat menghadapi masalah seperti pada judul postingan di atas, dimana saat itu saya baru saja melakukan penginstalan Microsoft word dan setelah proses penginstalan tersebut berhasil maka saya mencoba membuka word yang telah terinstal tadi, awalnya tidak terjadi masalah namun saat saya akan mengetik sebuah tulisan tiba-tiba saja muncul peringatan “save as” yang artinya bahwa saya di suruh menyimpan file word tersebut padahal saya tidak pernah menekan tombol save. Dengan munculnya peringatan save as tersebut maka saya mengikuti perintah tersebut dengan cara melakukan penyimpanan file tersebut dan kemudian saya klik Ok, namun saat saya sudah selesai melakukan penyimpanan ternyata peringatan ‘save as’ tersebut muncul kembali dan ketika saya melakukan kembali penyimpanan ternyata peringatan ‘save as’ tersebut terus muncul secara berulang-ulang hingga kegiatan saya untuk mengetik jadi terganggu, akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk kelur dari program Microsoft word tersebut. Selang beberapa menit saya kembali mengulangi untuk membuka aplikasi Microsoft word dengan tujuan untuk mencari tahu apakah peringatan save as itu akan muncul kembali atau tidak, dan ternyata benar saja peringatan ‘save as’ tersebut muncul kembali dan jika saya melakukan penyimpanan maka peringatan “save as” tersebut muncul kembali. Dengan kejadian tersebut saya memutuskan untuk mencari solusinya dan akhirnya melalui berbagai sumber maka akhirnya saya pun mendapatkan solusi yang sangat jitu untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Ternyata untuk menyelesaikan atau mencari solusi dari masalah tersebut sangatlah mudah. Hal pertama yang harus dilakukan ialah mengecek kondisi dari keyboard laptop atau computer anda. Penyebab utama yang menyebabkan peringatan “save as” sering muncul saat kita melakukan atau membuka Microsoft word adalah terjadinya ketidak stabilan pada salah satu kinerja tuts keyboard computer yaitu lebih tepatnya pada tuts keyboard F12. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pada tuts keyboard F12 biasanya melengket sehingga dengan kejadian itu membuat munculnya peringatan save as tersebut. Apabila anda ingin agar peringatan “save as” tersebut tidak lagi muncul saat anda akan membuka atau mengetik di Microsoft word maka silahkan anda buka salah satu bagian pada keyboard yang bertuliskan F12 kemudian bersihkan dan setelah bersih silahkan pasang kembali pada tempatnya. Apabila pembersihan telah dilakukan pada keyboard anda khususnya pada tuts F12 maka saya bisa pastikan ketika anda akan membuka Microsoft word, maka peringatan “save as” tidak akan lagi muncul dan anda kini sudah dapat melakukan pengetikan di Microsoft word anda. Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) The printer was working fine until now.
Now when I click print, a window pops up on the computer screen requesting a file name. I don't know what to type there.
I have already tried disconnecting the power to the printer and the router and reconnecting them . . . I received the same pop- up request.
What should I do?

Try these steps to set printer as default -
1. In the search box, type and open Control Panel.
If the issue still persists, try these steps -
Step 1 HP Print and Scan Doctor - Click on this link to download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor
Step 2 Re-install the printer drivers - 1. In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program". 2. Look for HP Printer software. 3. Right-click to uninstall. 4. In the search box, type and open “Devices and printers”. 5. In the Devices and Printers, look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose “Delete” or “Remove Device”. 6. Open the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo. 7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”). 8. Click on the "Drivers" tab. 9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click “Remove” at the bottom. 10. Select Ok. 11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows. 12. Close Devices and Printers Once the software and drivers are removed. 13. Restart the computer. 14. Download and install the software and drivers from here. 15. Click on the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 1 did not solve the problem; however, uninstalling and reinstalling the driver software as instructed in Step 2 did work.
